The hotel organized fun excursions, the lobby bar had a huge selection of drinks, and they asked me very kindly to let them know my arrival time in advance. Perfect for my psychic abilities, obviously.
The private parking was located somwehere in another universe, it was so impossible to find. How thoughtful!

The central location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. The lounge on the 5th floor was really nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the reception and sales department were friendly and helpful.

Great location and value for money. The hotel is situated very close to the main tourist sites and only a short walk from the train station. The rooms might be basic, but they are functional and clean. The staff are fluent in English and very helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Free WiFi was a bonus, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.
Lack of air conditioning was a downside, making the rooms quite warm during the summer months. However, this was easily solved by opening the window, but beware of mosquitos if you do!

We had a wonderful stay in this city center hotel. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to all the main attractions including the Kremlin area which was just a few blocks away. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel facilities, especially the Wi-Fi and breakfast, were fantastic. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and parking was also available.
Was all great.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Novgorod and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city center, with the Kremlin and other major attractions within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and the sitting area where we could relax after a day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was also a nice bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
While our overall experience at this hotel was very positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast selection could have been a bit more varied, as there was only one type of yogurt and no black or whole grain bread available.

Walking in the snow from the station with suitcases was a bit tiring, but the central location of the hotel made up for it. We were able to explore the city on foot and found many places to eat and drink nearby. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean.
The breakfast was not impressive and the Wi-Fi system was complicated, requiring us to send a message to a number to connect.

Great Location and Value for Money
I spent Easter in a hotel located just a few minutes' walk from the main attraction in the city. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, which was a plus for me as I arrived by train. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects of my stay was the fantastic buffet breakfast and the lunch packet I received since I had to leave early in the morning. The affordable price made the entire experience even better.
While the hotel was clean and conveniently located, there were some downsides to the experience. The amenities in the room were limited, and the beds were not as comfortable as expected.
